Thank you for purchasing our courses, enrolling in our workshops/trainings (online or offline), and/or subscribing to the software tools/services/applications operated by Skill Rainbow LLP.
1) General policy (no-cancellation / no-refund)
Once a payment is successfully processed and debited, the purchase/subscription is non-cancellable and non-refundable, except in the limited cases described in this Refund Policy and as required under applicable law.
2) Subscription (SaaS/tools/apps) payments
No refunds after debit: Subscription payments are non-refundable once processed, including for unused time, partial months, or non-usage.
Cancellation: You may cancel upcoming renewals to avoid future charges.
- If you subscribed via your bank/payment platform (e.g., Google Pay), please follow their cancellation steps.
- You can also request cancellation by emailing contact@skillrainbow.in from your registered email address.
When to cancel: Please cancel well before the next billing date to ensure you are not charged for the next cycle.
3) Courses / workshops / trainings (online or offline)
No refunds after debit: Fees paid for courses, workshops, or trainings are non-refundable once processed.
Batch change / replacement candidate (where applicable): Depending on the specific program and operational feasibility, you may be allowed to shift to a different batch and/or allow another candidate to attend instead of you. Any such change is subject to our program rules and must be requested via the support email mentioned for that program (or email contact@skillrainbow.in if no support email is listed).
Certificate policy: Completion certificates (if applicable) are issued only once and in the name of the candidate who actually attends/completes the program and meets the required criteria (such as passing an assessment or completing assignments, where applicable).
Non-attendance: If a candidate does not attend, they may be marked absent and no extension or additional access is guaranteed beyond the validity/access period communicated for that program. No refund will be issued.
4) Technical issues (limited exception)
If you face a technical issue while using our subscription tools/services/applications or accessing paid content, please contact us at contact@skillrainbow.in with details (registered email/phone, payment details, screenshots, and steps to reproduce). We will review and attempt to resolve the issue.
If it is determined that the issue originates from our end and we are unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 15 days after your concern has been acknowledged for refund.
Refunds under this section apply only to issues that originate from our services/products. Issues caused by customer hardware/software, device limitations, internet connectivity, or third-party systems do not qualify.
5) Policy updates
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
